به مدت ۲۰ یوم شروع از تاریخ ۱۰ قوس ۱۳۹۹ به اعلان داوطلبی گذاشته، افراد و اشخاص، شرکت ها و موسیسات که علاقمندی اشتراک در داوطلبی را دارند به شاروالی مراجعه نمایند.
