The Mazar-i-Sharif Municipality plans to construct a reinforced concrete canal from "Nahr-e-Toop" to "Rowza Mubarak," in accordance with its development plan for the fiscal year 1405.

Interested construction and road-building companies and institutions wishing to bid for this contract must submit their applications to the Municipality's Procurement Directorate following the publication of this announcement. Within 21 calendar days from the announcement date, applicants must visit the Directorate of Procurement and Contracts. In accordance with Decision No. 867 of the National Procurement Commission, a bid security/guarantee is not required. Eligibility is contingent upon having no outstanding tax or financial liabilities.
