The Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to lease its Green Park, covering an area of 6,000 square meters and located in District 7, for a period of three years through a competitive bidding process during the current year, with the aim of strengthening its financial resources.

Individuals, companies, and institutions interested in participating in the bidding process for the lease of the aforementioned park may submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Directorate of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality from the date of publication of this announcement.

Furthermore, applicants must visit the office of the Procurement and Contracts Directorate within seven (7) calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement to obtain the bidding documents in soft-copy format free of charge, in accordance with Clause 8 of Article 29 of the Procurement Procedure.Applicants are required to review the bidding documents and specifications. Compliance with the non-indebtedness requirement is a condition for participation, and the lease security deposit shall be collected in cash.
