Interested construction and road-building companies wishing to bid for this contract are requested to submit their applications to the Procurement Directorate in accordance with the bidding documents and the provided estimation charts. Bidders must personally visit the Procurement and Contracts office within 21 calendar days from the announcement's publication date. Pursuant to Decision No. 867 of the National Procurement Commission, bid security is not required; however, reviewing the terms and specifications, as well as maintaining a clear financial standing (non-delinquency), are mandatory conditions for participation. Furthermore, according to Article 29, Paragraph 9 of the Procurement Procedures, bidders may obtain a printed copy of the documents upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 1,000 Afghanis.
