Announcement of paving and asphalting of roads within the city and the twelve districts

This is to inform all companies in accordance with Article 43, Paragraph 2 of the Procurement Law that the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif intends to award the contract for the paving and asphalting of roads within the city and the twelve districts of the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif, according to the plans and estimates of the General Directorate of Engineering and Infrastructure, Sectoral and Technical Directorate to the Khair Al-Bashr Construction Company holder of license number 29789, for a total price of 5575680 five million five hundred seventy-five thousand six hundred eighty Afghanis.
Real and legal companies that have any objections in this regard can submit their objections in writing, along with their reasons to the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif within seven calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This announcement does not mean that the contract will be concluded until the above-mentioned period is completed and the contract will not be concluded during the subsequent legal procedures.
