Announcement of the contract for the 14-kilometer asphalt project of the Hairatan Port Road in Balkh Province

This is to inform all companies in accordance with Article 43, Paragraph 2 of the Procurement Law that the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif intends to award a contract for the 14-kilometer asphalt project of the Hairatan Port Road in Balkh Province, with the identification number 1404/06 MAZ/MUN to the construction companies Mashreq Engineering Construction Company and Sayed Karim Hashemi Construction Company for a total price of 2265178703, two billion, two hundred and sixty-five million, one hundred and seventy-eight thousand, seven hundred and three Afghanis.
Real and legal companies that have any objections in this regard can submit their objections in writing, along with their reasons, to the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif, located east of the Holy Shrine - Balkh Province, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This announcement does not mean the conclusion of a contract and the contract will not be concluded until the completion of the aforementioned period and during the subsequent legal procedures.
