Announcement of the asphalting and paving of the road of Maulana Jalaluddin Mohammad Balkhi International Airport

This is to inform all companies in accordance with Article 43, Paragraph 2 of the Procurement Law that the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif intends to award a contract for the widening, asphalting and paving of the road of Maulana Jalaluddin Mohammad Balkhi International Airport located in the 11th district of the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif, which has the identification number 1404/020 MAZ/MUN, to the Balkhi Construction and Road Construction Company, holder of license number (23805-D), for a total price of (25,741,289) twenty-five million, seven hundred and forty-one thousand, two hundred and eighty-nine Afghanis.
Real and legal entities that have any objections in this regard may submit their objections in writing together with their reasons to the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif, located east of the Holy Shrine - Balkh Province, within 7 calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This announcement does not constitute a contract and the contract will not be concluded until the above-mentioned deadline is completed and during subsequent legal procedures.
