Announcement Of Construction Of 24 Number Of Ashtili Culverts Located In Twelve Districts

It is hereby brought to the notice of the public companies in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law that Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to award a contract for the construction of 24 number of Ashtili culverts located in twelve districts of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality to Tanveer Balkh Construction Company, holder of license No 50571 for the total price of 8161214 eight million one hundred sixty one thousand two hundred fourteen Afghani.
Real persons and companies who have any objection in the context can submit their objection in writing along with the reasons for it from the date of publication of the notice to the Mazar-e-Sharif municipality in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the procurement law.
This notification does not mean the conclusion of a contract until the completion of the above-mentioned deadlines and during the following legal procedures the contract will not be concluded.
