Contract Award Notice for the Construction of a Concrete Drainage Canal and Sidewalks from the Surroundings of the Holy Shrine to the Eastern Road of Bakhtar High School in Mazar-e-Sharif!

Pursuant to Paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, all companies are hereby informed that the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to award the contract for the Construction of a Concrete Drainage Canal and Sidewalks from the Surroundings of the Holy Shrine to the Eastern Road of Bakhtar High School in Mazar-e-Sharif, bearing Identification No. MAZ/MUN/1405/015, to the Plakh Istanbul Asia International Construction Company, holding License No. (37416), at a total contract price of AFN 29,260,980 (Twenty-Nine Million Two Hundred Sixty Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Afghanis).

Natural or legal persons and companies having any objection regarding the above may submit their objections officially and in writing, within 5 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice, to the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality, located east of the Holy Shrine, Balkh Province, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

This notice does not constitute the conclusion of a contract, and the contract shall not be signed until the above-mentioned period has expired and the subsequent legal procedures have been completed.
