Announcement of the construction and asphalting of the third phase of the Juma asek to chowk Saat road located in the sixth district of the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif

This is to inform all companies in accordance with Article 43, Paragraph 2 of the Procurement Law that the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif intends to conclude a contract for the construction and asphalting of the third phase of the Juma-e-Saq-e-Saat road located in the sixth district of the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif, which has the identification number 1404/023 MAZ/MUN, with the construction and road construction companies of Azbar, Mahmoudi and New Peak, holders of licenses number (1142-01-D-58938) for a total price of (270985778) twenty-seven million nine hundred eighty-five thousand seven hundred seventy-eight Afghanis. Real and legal entities that have any objections in this regard can submit their objections in writing, along with their reasons, to the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif, located east of the Holy Shrine - Balkh Province, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law. This notice does not mean the conclusion of a contract and until the completion of the above period The contract will not be concluded during the aforementioned and subsequent legal procedures.
