Announcement of construction and installation of a metal wall between the 40-meter road of the M and N projects, located in the 7th district

It is hereby brought to the notice of the public companies in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law that Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality is considering the contract for the construction and installation of a metal wall between the 40-meter road of the M and N projects, located in the 7th district of Mazar-e-Sharif municipality, according to the estimate of the general management of engineering and infrastructures of the sector and technical department l to tanwer balkh construction company with license number 50571 for the total price of 6727138,5 Afghani.
Real and legal companies that have any objection in the context can submit their objection in writing along with the reasons for it to Mazar Sharif Municipality from the date of publication of the notice up to a period of seven calendar days according to the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This notification does not mean the conclusion of a contract until the completion of the above-mentioned deadlines and during the following legal procedures, the contract will not be concluded
