Announcement of contract for the concreting of the Noshad road at the Q project located in the 9th district

It is hereby brought to the notice of the public companies in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the procurement law that Mazar-e-Sharif municipality is considering a contract for the concreting of the Noshad road at the Q project located in the 9th district of Mazar-e-Sharif municipality according to the estimate of the general management of engineering and infrastructure Sectoral and technical directorate to give to Azim Salim construction and road construction company, owner of license number 90131, for the total price of 6118080.
Real and legal companies that have any objection in the context can submit their objection in writing along with the reasons for it to Mazar Sharif municipality from the date of publication of the notice up to a period of seven calendar days according to the provisions of Article 50 of the procurement law.
This notification does not mean the conclusion of a contract until the completion of the above-mentioned deadlines and during the subsequent legal procedures, the contract will not be concluded.
