It is hereby brought to the notice of the public companies in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law that Mazar-e-Sharif municipality is considering awarding the contract for the construction of curbstones for the roads inside the city of Mazar-e-Sharif according to the dimensions and estimates of the general engineering management of the sector and technical department to Momin construction and government company. the holder of license number 77718, for the total price of 1551600 one million five hundred fifty one thousand six hundred Afghani.
Real and legal companies that have any objection in the context can submit their objection in writing along with the reasons for it to Mazar Sharif Municipality from the date of publication of the notice up to a period of seven calendar days according to the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This notification does not mean the conclusion of a contract until the completion of the above-mentioned deadlines and during the following legal procedures the contract will not be concluded.
