Construction companies that wish to open their bids as a contract, in accordance with the terms and conditions and the table of specifications, shall submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Department of the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality from the date of publication of the announcement, and shall themselves visit the office of the Procurement and Contracts Department of the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality within 21 calendar days after the date of publication of the announcement and review the terms and conditions and specifications.
