Announcement of theasphalt 5 cm above the existing bitumen of the road with its equipment from the Kifayat intersection to the end of the project S located in the areas of the fourth and ninth districts of the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif

This is to inform all companies in accordance with Article 43, Paragraph 2 of the Procurement Law that the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif intends to award a contract for one ler of asphalt 5 cm above the existing bitumen of the road with its equipment from the Kifayat intersection to the end of the project S located in the areas of the fourth and ninth districts of the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif, which has the identification number 1404/026 MAZ/MUN, with the construction and road construction companies Memar Watan Sabz and Deshay Hilal, holding the numbers (40663 - 57938), for a total price of (10,544,000) ten million five hundred and forty-four thousand Afghanis.
Real and legal companies that have any objections in this regard can submit their objections in writing, along with their reasons to the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif, located east of the Holy Shrine, Balkh Province in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law from the date of publication of the announcement.
This notice does not constitute a contract, and the contract will not be concluded until the aforementioned period is completed and during subsequent legal procedures.
