Announcement Of Two Types Of Oil, Including Diesel And Petrol

It is hereby brought to the notice of the public companies in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the procurement law that Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality is considering awarding the contract for two types of oil, including diesel and petrol for cleaning and transportation vehicles in the year 1403 to the company according to the order table of transportation management. Individuals and legal entities who have any objection in the context can submit their objection in writing along with the reasons for it to the head of Mazar-e-Sharif municipality from the date of publication of the notice up to a period of seven calendar days according to the provisions of Article 50 of the procurement law.
This notification does not mean the conclusion of a contract until the completion of the aforementioned period and during the subsequent legal procedures the contract will not be concluded.
