Muhammad Bashir Tohidi, Deputy Governor of Balkh Province, Muhammad Afzal Hadid, Head of Provincial Council, Abdulhaq Khurami, mayor of Mazar-e-Sharif, Nizamuden Jalil, Head of Public Health of Balkh Province, Qazi Sayeed Muhammad Sami, Head of Human's Right Commission in North, and Sayeed Abdulhamid Safwat, Head of Civil Society Union of Balkh Province participated in this ceremony.
Each speaker who spoke in this ceremony appreciated efforts and activities of doctors and officials of public health of Balkh Province.
Abdulhaq Khurami, mayor of Mazar-Sharif who was speaking in this ceremony said that beside appreciating efforts of doctors, encouragement of them can cause to provide better services for citizens.
Leadership of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality presented the Logo of Mulana Jalaluden Muhammad Balkhi to Abdulhamid Safwat, Head of Civil Society Union of Balkh Province and appreciated their perminent efforts and cooperation with Mazar Municipality.
