Contract Award Notice for the Survey, Design, and Laboratory Testing from Muzamil Shaheed Square to the Western Ring Road
Pursuant to Paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, the general public and all companies are hereby informed that the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to award the Contract for Survey, Design, and Laboratory Testing in the areas of Districts 4 and 9 of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality, bearing Identification No. MAZ/MUN 1405/017, to Afghan Harkat Construction, Road Construction and Engineering Company, holder of License No. (108195), at a total contract price of AFN 2,313,750 (Two Million Three Hundred Thirteen Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Afghanis).
Natural and legal persons who have any objection regarding this matter may submit their objections in writing, along with supporting reasons, to the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality Directorate, located east of the Holy Shrine, Balkh Province, within 5 (five) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This notice does not constitute the conclusion of the contract, and the contract shall not be concluded until the above-mentioned requirements are fulfilled and the subsequent legal procedures are completed.
