Interested individuals, companies, and institutions must submit their applications to the Mazar-i-Sharif Municipality Procurement Department within 7 calendar days of this notice. Participation requires a cash guarantee of 100,000 AFN and a bidding document fee of 1,000 AFN. Applicants must have no outstanding municipal debts. The winner must pay the guarantee and one-third of the total lease amount upfront in cash.
