اداره شاروالی مزار شریف در نظر دارد تا در سال جاری مطابق پلان تفصیلی خویش موازی ۴۰۰۰۰ چهل هزار متر مربع زمین ملکیت خویش واقع در ساحه کارته آریانا شهر مزار شریف را بشکل اساسی یکباب پارک آبی اعمار نماید.
افراد و‌ اشخاص، شرکتها، و موسساتیکه خواهش سرمایه گذاری اعمار پارک در ساحه متذکره را داشته باشند طرح و‌ نقشه های خویش را ارائه نموده مطابق شرطنامه درخواست های خویش را از تاریخ نشر اعلان الی مدت (۲۱) یوم بمدیریت عمومی تدارکات و قراردادها شاروالی مزارشریف سپرده و خود شان بروز معینه نزد هیئت مراجعه نموده شرطنامه و مشخصات را ملاحظه شرط و شمول عدم باقیداری بوده و تضمین نقدا اخذ میگردد.
