Abdulhaq Khurami, Mayor of Mazar-e-Sharif attended a meeting on how to prepare a strategic urban development plan which was chaired by Muhammad Bashir Touhidi, Deputy Governor of Balkh Province. Ustad Abdulwakil, Member of Provincial Council of Balkh Province and representatives of other related administrations participated in this meeting too.

Building and developing cooperation and coordination relations among Balkh Local Administrations to develop and extend city, providing better services for citizens, and identifying green areas were the main issues which have been discussed about them in this meeting.
