Hereby, in the name of paragraph 2, article 43 of the procurement law, it is brought to the notice of the public companies that Mazar Sharif Municipality is considering a contract for the concreting of Fenselgari Road in Turkey, located in the fourth district of Mazar Sharif Municipality, according to the dimensions and estimates of the general engineering management of the Sectoral and Technical Department. to Arman Sehl Construction Company, the holder of license number D-01-896, for the total price of 22040700 Afghanis.
Individuals and legal entities who have any objection in the context can submit their objection in writing along with the reasons for it from the date of publication of the notice to the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This notification does not mean the conclusion of a contract until the completion of the above-mentioned period and during the subsequent legal procedures, the contract will not be concluded.
