Notice is hereby given to all esteemed investors that, pursuant to Order No. 2793, dated 1448/3/8, issued by the Office of the Honorable Directorate of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality, the Municipality intends to announce the project for the construction and renovation of the Sina Stadium Sports Gymnasium, located within the jurisdiction of District 1, through a partnership with the private sector. The announcement period shall be 10 days.

All esteemed investors and reputable construction companies with the necessary technical and financial capacity are invited to refer to the Procurement and Contracts Department of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality to obtain the bidding documents.

Furthermore, bidders are required to prepare their proposals and business plans in accordance with the requirements of the bidding documents and applicable standard criteria, and to attend the scheduled bid-opening session with all relevant documents.

Any proposals or bids submitted after the expiry of the aforementioned period shall not be accepted or considered for evaluation.
