Contract Award Announcement for the Construction of a Two-Storey Basement Building on the 1,282 Square Meter Sidewalk Area Surrounding Ariana Market!

Pursuant to Paragraph (2) of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, all interested companies are hereby informed that the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to award the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) contract for the construction of a two-story basement structure on the 1,282-square-meter sidewalk area surrounding Ariana Market to Samiullah Fahim Construction and Road Construction Company, holder of Business License No. D-62347, for the total contract value of AFN 70,010,160 (Seventy Million Ten Thousand One Hundred Sixty Afghanis). Any natural or legal person having an objection to this intended contract award may submit a written objection, together with supporting evidence, to the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality within Five (5) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

This notice does not constitute the execution of the contract. The contract shall not be concluded until the expiry of the above-mentioned period and the completion of all subsequent legal procedures.
