Contract Award Announcement for the Project of Lighting, Decoration and Painting of Lighting Poles, and One-Year Maintenance and Upkeep of Lighting and Decoration of the Main Roads within Mazar-e-Sharif City Municipality!
Pursuant to Paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, all companies are hereby informed that Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to award the (Project for the Lighting, Decoration and Painting of Lighting Poles, and One-Year Maintenance and Upkeep of Lighting and Decoration of the Main Roads within Mazar-e-Sharif City Municipality), bearing Identification No. MAZ/MUN/1405/35, to Mahmood Shah Arya Trading Company, holder of License No. (88570), at a total contract price of AFN 8,271,200 (Eight Million Two Hundred Seventy-One Thousand Two Hundred Afghanis).
Natural and legal persons or companies having any objection regarding this matter may submit their written objection, together with supporting reasons, to the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality Directorate, located east of the Holy Shrine, Balkh Province, within five calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This notice does not constitute the conclusion of a contract, and the contract shall not be signed until the above-mentioned period has expired and the subsequent legal procedures have been completed.
