Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to carry out comprehensive gravel surfacing of roads in the city's twelve districts, in accordance with its development plan for fiscal year 1405 and the preliminary quantity estimation table prepared by the Engineering and Infrastructure Department.

Respected construction and road construction companies interested in participating in this project may submit their applications to the Municipality's Procurement Department, in accordance with the bidding documents and the provided specifications table, from the date of publication of this announcement. Companies are also required to visit the Procurement and Contracts Department of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality within 11 calendar days from the date of publication.

In accordance with Resolution No. 867 of the National Procurement Commission, no bid security is required. Applicants must have no outstanding debts or dues. Soft copies of the bidding documents and bills of quantities will be provided free of charge.
