The Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to lease the parking area opposite Noor Market (Hakim Nasir Khusraw Balkhi Road) through a bidding process for a period of three years (1405–1408).

Individuals, persons, companies, and institutions interested in participating in the bidding process may submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Department of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality from the date of publication of this notice. They must refer to the Procurement and Contracts Department within 10 calendar days from the date of publication and obtain the bidding documents in soft copy, free of charge, in accordance with Article 29, Paragraph 8 of the Procurement Procedure.

After reviewing the bidding documents and specifications, participants must provide a No Outstanding Dues Certificate as a condition of eligibility. The lease security deposit will be collected in cash.
