Mazar-i-Sharif Municipality intends to build the Rabia Balkhi 5-story market in District 1 according to its 1405 development plan.

Logistics services companies, commercial enterprises, and institutions wishing to submit bids for this contract are requested to submit their applications to the Procurement Directorate of the Municipality Administration from the date of this announcement's publication, in accordance with the bidding documents and the provided specifications sheet. They must personally visit the Procurement Directorate office within 21 calendar days from the publication date. In accordance with Decision No. 867 of the National Procurement Commission, a bid security guarantee will not be collected; reviewing the terms and specifications is mandatory, and having no tax arrears or outstanding debts is a prerequisite for participation. Furthermore, pursuant to Article 29 and Paragraph 9 of the Procurement Procedure, bidders may obtain a printed copy of the documents upon paying an amount of 1,000  Afghanis.
