Construction and road-building companies wishing to participate in the bidding process for this contract must submit their applications to the Procurement Department of the Municipality from the date of this announcement, in accordance with the terms and conditions (bidding documents) and the provided cost estimation table. Applicants must personally visit the Office of Procurement and Contracts within 21 calendar days from the announcement date. Per Decision No. 867 of the National Procurement Commission, no guarantee is required.
