Contract Award Notice for the Asphalt Paving of Phase of the Seya Gard Road (1+500 meters), Located in the Eighth District of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality.

Pursuant to Clause (2) of Article Forty-Three of the Procurement Law, it is hereby notified to all companies that the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif intends to award the contract for the first phase of paving and asphalt works of Siyah Gard Road, with a length of 1,500 meters, located in the area under the jurisdiction of the Eighth District Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif, bearing Procurement Reference Number: MAZ/MUN/1405/008, to Balkh Istanbul Asia International Construction and Engineering Company, holder of License No. (D-01-2030), at a total contract price of 32,882,740 (Thirty-two million, eight hundred and eighty-two thousand, seven hundred and forty) Afghanis.

Individuals and legal entities who have any objections regarding this matter may submit their written objections, along with supporting reasons, to the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif located east of the Holy Shrine (Rawza Mubarak), Balkh Province, within five (5) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice, in accordance with the provisions of Article Fifty of the Procurement Law.

This notice does not constitute a contract award agreement, and the contract shall not be signed until the completion of the above-mentioned objection period and completion of the subsequent legal procedures.
