Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality, based on the directive of the Balkh Provincial Authority, will conduct the survey, design, and geotechnical laboratory testing of the 45-km second phase of Hairatan Road.

The Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends, based on the directive of the Honorable Office of the Governor of Balkh Province, to carry out the detailed survey, planning and design of Phase II of the Hairatan Road, covering a length of 45 kilometers, from the Hairatan Three-Way Junction towards the Hairatan Township Port, including the required geotechnical laboratory tests.Qualified design, planning and engineering companies interested in participating in the bidding and undertaking the work under contract may submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Department of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality in accordance with the bidding documents and the provided specifications table.

Interested companies shall refer to the Procurement and Contracts Department of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality within 11 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement. In accordance with Decision No. 867 of the National Procurement Commission, no bid security shall be required. The soft copy of the bidding documents and relevant documents will be provided free of charge.
