Respected construction and road construction companies wishing to submit bids for the contract of the said project may submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Department of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality, in accordance with the provided bidding documents and estimate, from the date of publication of this notice. They may also visit the office of the Procurement and Contracts Department of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality within 10 calendar days from the date of publication of the notice. No bid security shall be required in accordance with Clause No. 867 of the National Procurement Commission; the condition for participation is the submission of a non-outstanding/debt-free certificate. The soft copies of the bidding documents and quantities will be provided free of charge.
