Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality announces the project for the major asphalting of Etebar Road, from Mozamel Shaheed Intersection to the Western Ring Road, in accordance with its 1405 Development Plan.

Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality, pursuant to Order No. (4636) dated 1448/4/29, issued by the Honorable Office of the Governor of Balkh Province, intends to implement the major asphalting project of Etebar Road, from Rahi Shaheed Intersection to the Ring Road, in accordance with its 1405 Development Plan and the drawings and schedule prepared by the General Directorate of Engineering.
All reputable construction and road-building companies interested in bidding for this project are hereby informed to submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Directorate of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality, in accordance with the bidding documents and the provided cost estimate, from the date of publication of this announcement.
Interested companies shall visit the Procurement and Contracts Directorate of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality within 10 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement to obtain, free of charge, the guarantee in accordance with Procurement Commission Decision No. (867), the certificate of no outstanding liabilities as specified in the bidding requirements, and the soft copies of the bidding documents and the bill of quantities.
