Announcement of Contract Award for the Construction of Phase II of the Six-Storey Building Located East of Rabia Balkhi Market, within District 1 of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality!

Pursuant to Subparagraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, all companies are hereby informed that Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to award the contract for the (Construction of Phase II of the Six-Storey Building Located East of Rabia Balkhi Market, within District 1 of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality) to Me'mar Watan Construction and Road-Building Company, holding License No. (40662), at a total contract price of AFN 28,168,130 (Twenty-Eight Million, One Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand, One Hundred and Thirty Afghanis).

Any natural or legal persons or companies having any objection in this regard may submit their objections in writing, together with supporting reasons, to the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality Directorate, located east of the Holy Shrine, Balkh Province, within five (5) calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

This announcement does not constitute the conclusion of a contract. The contract shall not be signed until the expiry of the aforementioned objection period and completion of the subsequent legal procedures.
