Announcement of the project of repairing damaged roads in various parts of Mazar-e-Sharif

It is hereby notified to the general public that pursuant to Article 43, Paragraph 2 of the Procurement Law, the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif intends to enter into a contract with Tariq Shafiq Construction and Road Construction Company, holder of license number (D-24072) for the project of repairing damaged roads in various parts of Mazar-e-Sharif, which has the identification number 1404/024 MAZ/MUN, for a total price of 9975000 nine million nine hundred seventy-five thousand Afghanis. 
Real and legal entities that have any objections in this regard can submit their objections in writing along with their reasons within 7 calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement to the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif, located east of the Holy Shrine - Balkh Province in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This announcement does not mean the conclusion of a contract and the contract will not be concluded until the completion of the aforementioned period and during the subsequent legal procedures.
