Tender Announcement of the substantially widen and asphalt the four sides of Ferdowsi Square

The Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to substantially widen and asphalt the four sides of Ferdowsi Square in accordance with its 1404 development plan. 
Construction companies that wish to bid for it as a contract, according to the terms and conditions and the table of specifications given, should submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Department of the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality from the date of publication of the announcement and they should themselves refer to the office of the Procurement and Contracts Department of the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality within 21 calendar days after the date of publication of the announcement and provide a guarantee bond in the amount of 480,000 four hundred and eighty thousand Afghanis. The terms and conditions and specifications are subject to non-existence. Furthermore, according to Order 29 and Clause 9 of the Procurement Procedure the bidder should obtain a printed copy by paying 1,000 one thousand Afghanis.
