Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality is leasing the green park west of the Customs Office in District 7 for three years through a bidding process to strengthen its financial base.

The Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to lease out, through a bidding process, the green park located west of the Customs Office, within the jurisdiction of the 7th District, which is the property of the Municipality, for a period of three years during the current year, in order to strengthen its financial base.

Individuals, companies, and institutions interested in bidding for the lease contract of the said park may submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Department of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality in accordance with the provided bidding documents, starting from the date of publication of this announcement.

Furthermore, bidders may visit the office of the Procurement and Contracts Department within 10 calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement and obtain the bidding documents in soft-copy format free of charge, in accordance with Clause 8 of Article 29 of the Procurement Procedure.

The specifications and requirements of the bidding documents must be carefully reviewed. One of the eligibility requirements is having no outstanding debts or dues, and the lease security deposit shall be collected in cash.
