Road construction companies and institutions that wish to bid for it as a contract, according to the terms of reference and the estimated schedule, shall submit their requests to the Procurement Department of the Municipality Administration from the date of publication of the announcement and shall themselves refer to the Procurement and Contracts Department office within 21 calendar days after the date of publication of the announcement. The guarantee shall not be taken in accordance with Decision No. 867 of the National Procurement Commission.
