افراد و‌ اشخاص، شرکتها، و موسساتیکه خواهش داوطلبی آنرا طور قرارداد داشته باشند مطابق شرطنامه درخواست های خویش را از تاریخ نشر اعلان الی مدت (۲۱) یوم بمدیریت عمومی تدارکات و قراردادها شاروالی مزارشریف سپرده و خود شان بروز معینه نزد هیئت مراجعه نموده شرطنامه و مشخصات را ملاحظه شرط و شمول عدم باقیداری بوده و تضمین نقدا اخذ میگردد.
