Announcement of the awarding of the contract for the repair and painting of the roads of Sark Halkavi, Maulana Road, Masoud Road and around Roza Mubarak according to the dimensions and estimate of the general engineering management of the Sectoral and Technical Department!
It is hereby brought to the notice of the public companies in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the procurement law that Mazar-e-Sharif municipality is considering a contract for the repair of the ring road on the sides of the Maulana road, Masoud road and around Rouza Mubarak according to the dimensions and estimate of the general engineering management of the sector directorate and to give a technical to Konkash construction and road construction company, holder of stamp license 121-01-D, for the total price of 1225160 one million two hundred and twenty five thousand one hundred and sixty Afghanis. Real persons and companies who have any objection in the context can submit their objection in writing along with the reasons for it from the date of publication of the notice to Mazar Sharif Municipality in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law. This notification does not mean a contract until the mentioned deadline is completed and the contract will not be concluded during the following legal procedures.
