Tender Announcement of the Nakhas Bazaar (Mal Bazaar) located in the 9th district of Mazar-e-Sharif city

In order to strengthen its financial base, the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to lease the Nakhas Bazaar (Mal Bazaar) located in the 9th district of Mazar-e-Sharif city through a tender this year.
Individuals, companies and institutions that wish to bid for it as a contract, according to the given conditions should submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Department of the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality from the date of publication of the announcement and refer to the Contract Facilitation Management Office within (7) calendar days after the date of publication of the announcement and provide a cash guarantee of 800,000 eight hundred thousand Afghanis. According to Article 29, Paragraph 8 of the Procurement Procedure, obtain a printed copy from the Procurement and Contracts Department by paying the price of the contract of 2,000 Afghanis. Consider the conditions and specifications, including the condition of non-existence. The guarantee and one-third of the rent will be collected in cash.
