Announcement of a contract for the gravelling of 63 kilometers of roads in 12 districts of Mazar-e-Sharif city

This is to inform all companies in accordance with Article 43, Paragraph 2 of the Procurement Law that the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif intends to award a contract for the gravelling of 63 kilometers of roads in 12 districts of Mazar-e-Sharif city, which has the identification number 1404/027 MAZ/MUN, to the esteemed Balkh Istanbul Asia International Construction and Engineering Company, holder of license number (2030-01-D), for a total price of (19799400) nineteen million seven hundred sixty-nine thousand four hundred Afghanis.
Real and legal companies that have any objections in this regard can submit their objections in writing, along with their reasons, to the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif, located east of the Holy Shrine - Balkh Province, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This announcement does not mean the conclusion of a contract and the contract will not be concluded until the completion of the above-mentioned period and during the subsequent legal procedures.
