Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to lease four public toilet facilities located at Hairatan Port, opposite the municipality's main entrance, Balkh Gate, and Ensaf Market through a competitive bidding process for the year 1405.

Individuals, companies, and institutions interested in participating in this bidding process may submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Directorate of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality from the date of publication of this announcement. Applicants should also visit the Procurement and Contracts Office within 10 calendar days from the publication date. A bid security will be required in accordance with Decision No. 867 of the National Procurement Commission. A copy of the bidding document (tender document) may be obtained from the Procurement and Contracts Directorate upon payment of AFN 1,000. Applicants are advised to carefully review the specifications and conditions of the tender. Participation is subject to the stated eligibility requirements, and the lease security deposit will be collected in cash.
