Contract Award Announcement for the Construction of a Five-Story Building at Rabia Balkhi Market, a Municipality-Owned Property Located in District One

 Pursuant to Paragraph (2) of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, all interested companies are hereby informed that Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to award the contract for the construction of a five-storey building at Rabia Balkhi Market, a municipality-owned property located within the jurisdiction of District One, in accordance with the approved design and cost estimate prepared by the Directorate of Technical and Professional Services under Identification No. MAZ/MUN/1405/29.

The contract is proposed to be awarded to Maskan Azimi Construction, Road Construction, and Building Materials Production Company, License No. 28659, for the total contract amount of AFN 61,890,551 (Sixty-One Million Eight Hundred Ninety Thousand Five Hundred fifty One Afghanis).

Any natural or legal entity wishing to raise an objection may submit a written objection, together with supporting evidence, to the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality, located east of the Holy Shrine, Balkh Province, within seven (5) calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

This announcement does not constitute the execution of the contract. The contract shall not be concluded until the above-mentioned objection period has expired and all subsequent legal procedures have been completed.
