Contract Award Notice for the Survey, Planning, and Design Project of the Road from Dasht-e Shor to Salim Shaheed Roundabout and from Salim Shaheed Roundabout to Shirabad Roundabout!

Pursuant to Paragraph (2) of Article (43) of the Procurement Law, all companies are hereby informed that Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to award the contract for the Survey, Planning, and Design Project of the Road from Dasht-e Shor to Salim Shaheed Roundabout and from Salim Shaheed Roundabout to Shirabad Roundabout, Procurement Reference No. MAZ/MUN/1405/012, to Faiz Amol Land Engineering and Construction Materials Manufacturing Company, holder of License No. 91745, for a total contract value of AFN 2,448,500 (Two Million Four Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Afghanis).

Any natural or legal entity having an objection regarding this contract award may submit its written objection, together with supporting reasons and supporting documents, to Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality, located east of the Holy Shrine in Balkh Province, within five (5) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice, in accordance with the provisions of Article (50) of the Procurement Law.

This notice does not constitute the conclusion of the contract. The contract shall not be signed until the above-mentioned objection period has expired and all subsequent legal procedures have been duly completed
