Contract Award Notice for the Construction of a Reinforced Concrete Drainage Canal from Qabr Top to the Holy Shrine!

Pursuant to Paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, all companies are hereby informed that the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to award the Contract for the Construction of a Reinforced Concrete Canal from Qabr Top to the Holy Shrine (Rawza Mubarak), located within the areas of Districts 1 to 5 of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality, bearing Identification No. MAZ/MUN/1405/016, to the joint construction and road construction companies Karwan Siraji and Karwan Hamidi, holders of license numbers (65876 - 93762), at a total contract amount of AFN 14,541,525.000 (Fourteen Million Five Hundred Forty-One Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-Five Afghanis).

Any individual or legal entity/company having any objection regarding this matter may submit its objection in writing, together with supporting reasons, to the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality Directorate, located east of the Holy Shrine, Balkh Province, within five (5) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

This notice does not constitute the conclusion of a contract. The contract shall not be concluded until the above-mentioned objection period has been completed and the subsequent legal procedures have been duly completed.
