Contract Award Notice for the Asphalt Paving of the Second Phase of Siyahgard Road in Mazar-e-Sharif City!

Hereby, pursuant to Clause 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, the public is hereby informed that Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to award the contract for the Asphalt Paving of the Second Phase of Siyahgard Road in Mazar-e-Sharif City, bearing Identification No. MAZ/MUN/1405/006, to Javad Nosrat Construction Company, holder of Work License No. (D76173), at a total contract price of AFN 30,903,650 (Thirty Million Nine Hundred Three Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Afghanis).

Any natural or legal person having any objection regarding this matter may submit their written objection, together with supporting reasons, to the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality, located east of the Holy Shrine, Balkh Province, within 5 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

This notice does not constitute the conclusion of the contract, and the contract shall not be signed until the above-mentioned period has expired and the subsequent legal procedures have been completed.
