The Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to asphalt and pave the third phase of the Siyah Gard Road in Mazar-e-Sharif City, in accordance with its Development Plan for the fiscal year 1405 and the estimated cost table prepared by the General Engineering Directorate.Respected construction and road construction companies wishing to submit bids for the contract of the aforementioned project may submit their applications to the Municipality’s Procurement Department in accordance with the provided bidding documents and specifications. They shall also refer to the Procurement and Contracts Department of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality within 11 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement. No bid security shall be required in accordance with Decision No. 867 of the National Procurement Commission.

Applicants are advised to review the bidding documents and specifications. A non-indebtedness/no-outstanding-dues requirement shall be a condition for participation. The soft copy of the bidding documents and the quantity/volume schedule may be obtained free of charge.
