This is to inform all companies in accordance with the 2 paragraph of Article 43 of the Procurement Law that the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif intends to award the contract for concreting the road behind Sultan Razia School located in the area of ​​the First District Directorate of the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif, according to the plan and estimate of the General Management of Engineering and Infrastructure, Sectoral and Technical Directorate to the Construction and Road Construction Company, charbolak holder of license number 011657, for a total price of 847388 Afghanis.
Real and legal companies that have any objections in this regard can submit their objections in writing along with their reasons to the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif within seven calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This announcement does not mean that the contract will be concluded until the above-mentioned period is completed and the contract will not be concluded during the subsequent legal procedures.
