Announcement of asphalting and paving the airport road along with its equipment for lighting and strengthening the airport road starting from Kabul Bank Square to the airport

This is to inform all companies in accordance with Article 43, Paragraph 2 of the Procurement Law that the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif intends to award the contract for asphalting and paving the airport road along with its equipment for lighting and strengthening the airport road starting from Kabul Bank Square to the airport, according to the plan and estimate of the General Directorate of Engineering and Infrastructure, Sectoral and Professional Directorate to Deshak Hilah Construction and Road Construction Logistics Services Company, holder of license number 57938, for a total price of 64719741.4 sixty-four million, seven hundred and nineteen thousand, seven hundred and forty-one decimal four Afghanis.
Real and legal companies that have any objections in this regard can submit their objections in writing, along with their reasons, to the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif within seven calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This announcement does not mean that the contract will be concluded until the above-mentioned period is completed and the contract will not be concluded during the subsequent legal stages.
